Our monster, 250-ton die cutting press towers over this department.  With it, we are able to die cut sheets of polycarbonate, rubber and polyethylene up to 60” x 60” x .125”.  This beast is able to feed the entire drape form department’s insatiable appetite for die cut plastic.   For efficiencies, most parts are cut using multi-cavity family tools, and we offer complete die design services in-house.
