It’s a word that best describes Sportech’s drape forming department, because it’s not just a motto, it’s a mind-set.  Using proprietary technologies as well as multi-stage pneumatic forming stations, we are able to offer high quality, intricate drape-formed parts with unmatched repeatability—in a high-production atmosphere.  Sportech is one of the largest drape formers of polycarbonate and acrylic in the world, and the quality and sophistication of our products are simply unmatched.  Period.   
We consistently produce drape formed parts with incredible optical clarity.  Our proprietary drape forming process allows us to work with a variety of materials, and with products of all sizes and shapes, ranging from small helmet face shields to massive utility vehicle windshields.  Our ISO 9000; 2001 quality system plays a key role in our drapeforming process, and this attention to detail has allowed us to grow to be a major OE supplier of optically clear windshields for the powersports industry.  We are also pleased to offer value-added services such as assembly, kitting and consumer ready packaging.
