In the summer of 2006, Sportech began it’s Lean Manufacturing journey.  We are committed to making the transition from traditional manufacturing principals, to creating a “Lean” environment.  Though we’ve just begun our journey to Lean, we’re already seeing advantages in terms of improved cycle times, on-time deliveries, reduction in inventory and better quality.  Our efforts have enabled us to pass these savings on to our customers.
