Vacuum Forming Expertise

Our vacuum forming department houses all necessary components to bring your ideas to market.  With our state-of-the-art shuttle, rotary and in-line thermoforming machines, we are able to form nearly all gauges (.020” to .500”) of sheet plastic up to 98” x 62”.  Custom formed products such as  optically clear lighting accessories, screen printed components and automotive-quality vehicle body panels are our specialty.  Sportech truly shines when given the opportunity to take your rough concept through the design phases to finished product.  We believe that true full service vacuum forming starts with competent design.  There are numerous vacuum formers in the marketplace who are capable of simply forming parts; there are very few who can design your product, build the tooling and then deliver world-class quality parts.  Common materials we use in vacuum forming include, but are not limited to: HMWPE, ABS, TPO, PETG, Korad, PC, and Styrene.
